My responsibilities include searching on usenet, the web, and bbs's regarding my clients. I use many different search engines and tools to accomplish my objective. They include: dejanews, altavista, bullseye, dogpile, yahoo, webseeker, webwacker, and daily newsfeeds. I daily use my extensive computer and technical skills. Analyzing information found on usenet and the web is a very important part of my responsibilities. I daily weed out our clients potential computer vulnerabilities, malicious postings, personal information, and insider information. I achieve this by following a specific search criteria given by my clients. I send daily alerts and flashes to my supervisor if necessary. Meeting deadlines are an essential part of my job. Other tools used are Win-Zip, RSA, and Norton Anti-virus. Another big part of my job includes a monthly detailed report for each client.

Head of the order process department. This entailed daily customer service contact. I scheduled regular meetings and organized work loads for my group. I made sure that orders met deadlines. I maintained my groups' computer system. This included daily backups, e-mail, and access to internet on AOL.

Responsibilities include: working one on one with students; grading tests and papers; assigning school work and homework; supervision of students; substitutes for absent teachers; organizing and maintaining Pinecrest Student Library; acting librarian; and maintain record of student absentees. I started up a computer learning center for students and maintained the computer system.
